As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures, Star996 may request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, bank statements, and proof of current address.

Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. All deposits are credited to your account within seconds of payment confirmation. Star996 does not charge any deposit fees; however, any third-party processing fees (if applicable) are the member's responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and must be in the name of the registered account holder.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts or phone numbers are not permitted. Star996 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for KYC or AML review purposes without prior notice.
All transactions on Star996 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be automatically rejected. Star996 is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversion carried out by the payment processor.
All bonuses and promotions on Star996 are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. Generally, bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility criteria, and each offer is limited to one claim per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
Before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, a specified amount of wagering must be completed. This requirement (wagering requirement) is expressed as a multiple of the bonus value, for example:

All betting results on Star996 are final once confirmed. This applies to Sports Betting outcomes (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, slots, and virtual sports. Any disputes regarding results must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the result being determined.
Star996 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, odds pricing error, or inaccurate information. Bets involving insider information or market manipulation will also be voided and the relevant account terminated.
Star996 sets minimum and maximum betting limits across all game types and betting categories. These limits are subject to change at any time and are displayed within the betting interface. Any bet exceeding the maximum limit will be automatically rejected.
Odds displayed on the Star996 platform are subject to change until a bet is accepted and confirmed. Star996 reserves the right to withdraw or adjust odds before a bet is locked in. Once odds are locked for an accepted bet, they will not change except in the event of a valid bet cancellation.
